1. GRATITUDE
The first step for all manifestation is gratitude. You have to look after what you’ve already got, and recognise how abundant you already are. This is going to make you feel happier and more fulfilled, when you are grateful for what you already have, the universe is going send you more. You can write out gratitude lists every morning; you can speak your gratitude out loud regularly throughout the day. I find starting the day with 3 things I am grateful for get’s me in a great mood.
2. MAKING SPACE
We can only manifest what we have the capacity to receive so declutter your life. Sell/gift/throw away the old stuff you don’t want to make space for what you do want. Ask yourself what you’re holding onto that you need to let go of in order to make space for new. Stuff in your house, your wardrobe, your kitchen, or maybe its relationships and friendships you need to let go of. Maybe its old ways of thinking you need to let go of. You will feel the energy shift when you do this!
3. BE SPECIFIC
Be real specific about what you want. If you say to the Universe, I want to manifest more money, you might pick up a 1p from the floor - the Universe is just trying to guess what you want. Be specific. See it clearly. This is how we align ourselves to what we want. If you want to manifest money, how much is it you need? What exactly will you spend it on? Know the answers to these questions.
4. WRITE IT DOWN!
When you write pen to paper you are manifesting it into your reality. From up in your head, to down into the real world. It goes from being a dream to a to-do! It’s powerful. Write it down and ideally put it somewhere you can see.

5. VISUALISE IT DAILY
Think about it and visualise it daily - so don’t just decide on what you want and forget about it. Think ahead to how it would feel to achieve what you desire. How does it feel to have this thing in your life? How does it make you feel about yourself? Visualise as part of meditation if it helps. This rises your vibration.
6. KEEP TAKING INSPIRED ACTION
You can’t just dream and wish about something do all the visualising but then not do anything. Take action. Not just any action. Take inspired action. Think about little steps you can take to get you closer to your dream. your steps. Nothing worth having comes easy.
